Michele Bonnick is truly an expert in her field and is widely regarded as one of Toronto’s most talented hairstylists, Markus Emanuel provides “I approached Michele with the Idea I had, after watching my daughter failed attempts in trying to braid her hair, I realized a after school and weekend program to teach not only the hair braiding trade but also the business component didn’t exist. After reading Michelle bio online I decided to reach out to her, I pitched the idea of creating the program for youth within priority neighborhood’s, and as busy as she was with clients coming in and out of the salon she was ecstatic about the undertaking and expressed an importance to give back and shared with me her own journey to self employment at a young age” Michele has 29 years experience in the field and is the owner and operator of Amani Hair Studio (formerly Atlanta Hair Design)
Markus Emmanuel
Founder & Entrepreneur
Markus is grassroots organizer and business entrepreneur. He has devoted his career assisting disadvantaged youth within many of the inner-city communities in the GTA and has recently partnered with nonprofit organizations to strategically address the ongoing issues of mental health within black communities to design and implement required programs to promote awareness and foster change. He works as a residential mortgage underwriter and volunteers his time hosting a parenting support group for single parents with young children, and also a coach for a local basketball coach organization, in which he teaches the fundamentals of basketball to youth.
Mr. Emmanuel is a great addition to the team, he will assist to undertake promoting awareness and to help in creating engaging and exciting collaborative events with other cycling organizations in the city to provide opportunities for the club and its members to ensure they enjoy their becoming a member

Afrin Sanjida handles all the creative and technical side of our parent company Positive Initiatives®. She has knowledge of different creative fields which makes her unique, passionate, and a problem solver.
She has a strong background in design and development with years of experience. She has proficient skills in Web Design, Web Development, Graphics Design, Web Analytics and Conversion Tracking. She has worked with creative agencies, organizations, and different platforms. She has assisted businesses of all shapes and sizes with her creative solutions to achieve their goals.
She doesn’t believe in racism and that’s how she got connected with our community and now, she is providing his creative & technical solutions to bring a change to the society and promote equal rights.
